A re-strike woodblock print on paper titled Hodogaya on the Tōkaidō after Katsushika Hokusai (葛飾 北斎, 1760 – 1849), originally dated 1830 – 1831. The print is part of the series ‘Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.’ The work depicts travelers on a path with the iconic mountain to the background. To the left the work is inscribed in plate. The print is presented in an off-white mat under glass with a wooden frame.

Condition

- some wear to the edges of the frame.
