Vintage Keuffel & Esser Co. Anemometer

Item Details

A vintage anemometer, a wind air flow speed indicator, was manufactured by Keuffel & Esser of New York. This piece is made of sturdy construction with the central meter encased behind a convex piece of glass. This particular meter has two dials, The smallest is marked HDS. The largest dial is set in feet from 0-100, in units of 10. The top ring is used to suspend the anemometer in a passage to measure air flow. Includes the original wood box with leather handle and finger joints to the corner.
