Item Details
A power-loomed Nourison Mahal area rug. This rug is from the Persian Empire Collection, and is rendered in a palette of wheat, gold, olive, cranberry, and sand. The wheat colored field features an all-over pattern of latticed palmettes, lancette leaves, and floral motifs, while framed in a large floral themed meander main border, as well as a pair of carnation meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are serged edges and an applied ivory fringe to the ends. The underside is labeled.
