A circa 1940s vintage Japanese handwoven silk brocade maru obi, hand decorated in multicolored silk and metallic gold thread design. This design features a fan and crane theme. The fans are decorated in pine tree, cart, and chrysanthemum motifs, shrine vignettes and sayagata and seigaiha patterns.
