Item Details
An L. Litle oil painting on linen of a market scene. This impressionist style painting depicts a group of women gathered before a large selection of potted flowers, as a vendor is seen to the foreground tending to her display. To the lower right corner is a painted signature ‘L. Litle’. The painting is presented in a cream colored wooden frame featuring ornate moulded patterning and a linen liner. To the verso is affixed hanging wire and an illegible title to the verso, mentioning that it was purchased ‘1/19/1992’.

- edge wear to frame, inner frame shows some discoloration to the left side and upper left corner.
