A pochoir on paper after listed 20th century illustrator Martha Romme. This piece depicts a woman in a voluminous dress under an assortment of bunting and decorative flags, a starry sky stretching out behind her. The print is signed ‘Romme’ in plate toward its lower right and is matted under glass in a wooden frame without hardware for hanging.

Condition

- fair; discoloration to paper; significant scratches and nicks throughout frame; frame backing has been cut.
