A vintage Japanese gilt porcelain teapot. The teapot has a lid to top with a loop handle, a shaped spout, an applied side handle, and a fluted pear shaped body. It features floral and foliate motif decoration in gold tone paint on a cream ground. The piece is marked in blue characters to the underside.
