A hand-knotted Persian Bakshaish Heriz round wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of wheat, sepia, slate blue, ivory, gold, aqua, and cranberry. The wheat colored field begins with a star shaped medallion surrounded by geometrically shaped flowering vines.
