Antique Chippendale Wall Mirror
Item Details
A Chippendale wall mirror featuring mahogany construction with a burlwood veneer. This antique Chippendale mirror is embellished with carved scrolls and stylized foliate pattern to the pediment which is symmetrically repeated at the base. The flat and mirror glass is highlighted by a frame of gilded festooning and the mirror has hanging wire to the reverse. Please see 18CIN044-278 for a companion item.
Condition
- cracks to the mirror frame, scrollwork repaired in spots, bottom right scrollwork is loose.
