Framed Louis Icart "Coursing" Print

Framed print of French artist Louis Icart’s (1880-1950) ‘Coursing II’ etching depicting a woman in early 20th century attire being greeted by three exuberant greyhounds. Attention is swept to the print’s left half where one greyhound’s sleek black coat complements the female subject’s white dress, itself nearly blurring into the background of this active scene with motion lines. Reproduced signature of the artist is at bottom right. Print is matted and in a highly decorative frame, its sides painted silver and with front surface covered in silver-colored curls. Professionally framed with hanging wire attached to back.
Condition
Signs of age and wear include minor scratches and nicks to frame.
