Item Details

A hand thrown stoneware raku fired vase by Round Tree Pottery. This bulbous vase features a conical lower portion, and is glazed in a glossy, copper flashed iridescent layering of autumnal colors with a predominantly rich, hunter green coloration transitioning to lustrous coppers and oranges at the lower portion. The rim is glazed in a white crackle raku, and the base shows some textures from the combustibles in the firing process. The vase is inscribed to the underside with a monogram, reading ‘RTP 06’, for Round Tree Pottery.
