Antique Doulton Lambeth Silicon Stoneware Jug
Item Details
An antique 1881 Doulton Lambeth Silicon jug. This stoneware jug has diamond shaped molded sprig applied patterns of flowers in blue and white, against a brown patterned salt glazed teardrop body leading to a small opening and flared spout. A ribbed handle is attached to one side. The bottom is stamped ‘Doulton SILICON Lambeth’ The artist mark of ‘hhh’ attributes the jug to ‘Emily Haynes’.
