An oil painting on canvas board by listed artist Murat Kaboulov (1939-2010). This piece depicts a nude woman reclining on the floor with a sheet over her thighs. The painting is rendered in thick, expressive brushstrokes and is signed and dated ’04 to the lower right corner as well as signed and dated 2006 to the verso. It is presented unmatted and unframed.

Russian-born artist Kaboulov studied at the prestigious Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia in the studio of Prof. E Moiseyenko and moved to Brentwood, Tennessee in 1992.
