Item Details
A hand-knotted Caucasian carpet runner. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of muted red, cerulean, golden-yellow, cream, indigo, and black. It has five octagonal shaped memling guls separated by bands of rectangular medallions and circular pinwheel rosettes.It is framed with borders of hooked medallions and squares. Finished with overcast selvedges and short fringe to either end. Unmarked.
