H. O. Stahl Oil Painting of Tropical Landscape
Item Details
An oil painting on canvas board signed H.O. Stahl. This tropical landscape depicts a palm tree lined path running parallel to a sandy beach near a vast calm open water. A low bush of red flowers separates the path from the beach in the foreground, echoing the re tones of the sun setting in the background. The work is signed in the lower right corner ‘H.O. Stahl’. It is presented in a wood frame with rounded corners and a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

- marks and scratches to painting particularly to right; scratches and abrasions throughout frame; discoloration to finish of frame.
