Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Moud wool palace size runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of indigo, cranberry, rose, sky blue, pine, walnut, slate blue, pale yellow, and mint. The indigo colored field features an all-over floral motif lattice with multiple types of blooms, and framed in a wide meander with boteh and rectilinear forms, along with a pair of S-patterned guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a short warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
