A set of sterling silver flatware in the Chantilly pattern by Gorham. The set includes eleven dinner forks, eleven salad forks, nine spoons, eleven teaspoons, a demitasse spoon, a sugar shell, and a pierced serving spoon. They are presented with eleven dinner knives that have sterling hollow handles. Pieces are marked ‘Gorham Sterling’ to backs and are presented in an 1847 Rogers Bros. wooden flatware chest. The total approximate weight, excluding dinner knives with hollow handles, is 58.500 ozt.
