An intaglio print titled Setters Resting by Leon Danchin. This print depicts two setters with naturalistic features and intricate detailing to their fur texture. It is by French artist Leon Danchin (1887 – 1938). This piece is signed to the lower left corner of the margin slightly above the title ’Setter’s Resting’. It is labeled ‘180 – 500’ to the lower right and ‘Copyright (1938) Leon Danchin’ to the upper left. This piece is presented in a wooden frame, under glass, and with a wire hanger to the verso.

- image paper is discolored; tear in image paper in the upper right; black tone wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
