Reproduction 1858 Army Revolver
Item Details
A reproduction revolver. Presented here is black powder cap and ball replica of the 1858 Remington Army revolver with octgonal barrel, walnut grip, brass trigger guard and lightly blued metal. This model was widely popular during the civil war because of its top strap full frame design and 8’ barrel which has been replicated here. The overall length of the gun is 13.75’ and is marked, ‘Made in Italy’ on the right side of the barrel and ‘Black Powder Only 44 Cal.’ on the other. The butt of the grip is marked ‘054460.’ Also included is a copper and brass powder flask, a leather possibles bag with two brass powder measures and round lead shot, a bag of pre-cut patches and a tube of Thompson Center Arms patch grease. This item cannot be shipped.
