Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Malayer wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of rose, sky blue, ivory, black, teal, walnut, and taupe. The rose colored field begins with a large pendant medallion, and features geometrically shaped flowering vines throughout, along with sky blue grounded spandrels. Framing the field is a main leaf and blossom border, and a pair of wide barber pole guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a white warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
