This vintage trophy features a dunking figure at the top and is the ‘Gusto Dunk’ award for Julius ‘Dr. J’ Erving commerating 50 Gusto Dunks for the Pennsylvania Special Olympics. The award is accompanied by a letter attesting that the award belonged to Julius Erving and his family with his signature in blue ink on the bottom of the letter.
