An antique miniature portrait painting signed Dimare presented in an intricately filigreed gold wash on 800 silver frame. This oval shaped piece features the depiction of a young woman garbed in white with soft pink rosettes. It is signed to right side. Piece is presented behind convex glass and in an intricately hand filigreed frame composed of 800 silver with a gold wash finish. It has a heart shaped bezel to top enabling the piece to be worn as a pendant, if so desired. Frame is hallmarked ‘Italy 800’ to verso. Item is presented in a velvet box.
