An oil painting on board by American artist Willie Cohen (20th Century). This piece depicts a colorful, abstract cityscape with rough and thick applications of paint and black outlines delineating the skyline. It is signed and dated 1961 to the lower left and presented in a black painted wood frame with a fabric liner and black fillet. The work has wire to the verso for hanging.

- stains to fabric liner; surface scrapes and scuff marks to frame, chips to corners of frame.
