A circa 1940 vintage Edinburgh, Scottish sterling silver thistle brooch from Ward Brothers. The brooch features an openwork circular scalloped shape and a double thistle motif set atop, in a high polish and matte finish, with two purple glass accents acting as the thistle flower buds.
