A pair of Original Master Recording 24 kt gold-plated Audiophile compact discs by the band XTC. This lot features 24kt gold-plated Original Master Recordings of the 1986 release Skylarking (1994, MFSL UDCD 615, UltraDisc II), featuring ‘Dear God’ and ‘The Man Who Sailed Around His Soul’, and the 1989 release Oranges and Lemons (1997, MFSL UDCD 682, UltraDisc II) featuring ‘Mayor of Simpleton’ and ‘King for a Day’. Also included is a limited edition 24 bit remastered CD of the 1992 Virgin release Nonsuch (2001, TCOP-65720, Made in Japan) from the Mini LP series, featuring the songs ‘The Disappointed’ and ‘The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead’, in a cardboard sleeve with an OBI strip.
