Antique Manning Bowman & Co Metal Kettle

Item Details

An antique Manning Bowman & Co metal tea kettle. The kettle has a textured scrolled design on the handle with a scrolled acanthus leaf thumb rest. The hinged lid has a pawn shaped finial and there is an elaborate raised scroll design on the spout. The cylindrical body has a beaded band around the shoulders. The piece bears a makers mark on the base that was in use from 1885 until 1902.

- minor marks and scratches with wear and tarnish in the finish
