An intaglio print titled Slavery to Freedom by Amram Ebgi. This piece is made by Israeli-American artist and printmaker Amran Ebgi (born 1939). This piece depicts the Abrahamic religious story of Moses leading the the Israelites out of Egypt with the Ten Commandments in his arms. Hebrew script adorns this artwork in several places. This piece is signed to the lower right, editioned ‘18/200’ to the lower left, and titled ‘Slavery to Freedom’ to the lower center. It is presented in a wooden frame with a mat and a hanging wire to the verso.
