A color etching with aquatint titled In the Harbor- Nice by well listed American artist James Taylor Harwood (1860-1940). This intaglio print depicts a variety of sailing ships docked at sunrise in the harbor of the French town of Nice. The work is signed both in-plate in the lower right and by hand in graphite in the lower left margin. It is hand noted as an artist proof, and numbered 8 in an edition of 18. It is presented under glass in a gilded wood frame with black trim. There is a hanging wore mounted to the verso.

Condition

- to fair; debris under glass; very minor warping to paper; chips with finish loss to frame; surface wear to edges and corners of frame.
