A set of six 800 silver teaspoons by German maker Koch & Bergfeld of Bremen. Each piece features an oval bowl on a flared handle with shaped tip and a personalized engraving. They are stamped to the backs with the maker’s mark alongside a ‘TH. Rudolph’ retailer’s mark, ‘800’, and the post-1886 reichsmark of a crescent moon and a crown. The set is presented with a sterling silver spoon by Alvin in the Hamilton pattern with a personalized engraving, marked ‘Alvin Sterling’ to the back. The total approximate weight of the six 800 silver spoons is 4.470 ozt., and the approximate weight of the sterling spoon is 0.680 ozt.
