A sterling silver flatware collection by Wallace Silversmiths. This is in the William S. Warren designed Grande Baroque pattern, first introduced in 1941, featuring an ornate handle with floral, acanthus leaf, and scroll motifs and openwork detailing. The fifty-nine piece collection includes twelve teaspoons, nine dinner forks, twelve demitasse spoons, a serving spoon, a master butter knife, and twelve cocktail forks, all marked ‘Wallace Sterling’ to their backs. They are presented with twelve dinner knives that have stainless blades and sterling hollow handles. The total approximate weight, excluding dinner knives with stainless blades, is 51.470 ozt.
