A collection of Merrythought replica and reproduction teddy bears. Featured are five limited edition bears, four with mohair fur and one made of ultra suede. One bear’s purple sash reads ‘Golden Jubilee 1952-2002’. Its tag reads ‘Crowning Glory by Merrythought, In celebration of her Majesty’s Golden Jubilee, 350 of 1,000’. The brown bear without fur has a tag that reads ‘Ultra Suede Signature SOP 1.2B, No. 25 of 500’. A pamphlet reads ‘1999 International Collector’s Album’. The bear with a red, white and blue striped bow is labeled ‘Alpha Farnell Alpaca Replica XAF12BG, No. 58 of 750’. It is also marked ‘2000 Merrythought Millenium’. The medallion around its neck reads ‘I growl’. The white Alpha Farnell musical bear has a metal key wind and a label that reads ‘XAA9IM, Replica, No. 142 of 500’. Additionally, the bear with reddish fur has a tag that reads ‘Sun Bleached Red Replica, IL14RT, No.19 of 750’.
