An antique Kuba accent rug. This Caucasian wool rug is hand-knotted in a palette of midnight blue, sapphire, coral, rose, cornsilk, burgundy and cream. It features an end-to-end design of stylized, large-scale palmettes, split leaves and bold, abstract motifs over a midnight blue field. Selvedges are triple overcast, the rug finishing at each end with goat hair warp fringe. It is unlabeled.
