Elgin Silversmiths Company Weighted Sterling Silver Candelabra
Item Details
A set of two weighted sterling silver candelabra from the Elgin Silversmiths Company. Each candelabrum has three tapered capitals, short, tapered columns and a stepped, pedestal base. The capitals on either side of the central column are attached to curvy, S-shaped slender arms. The bases bear the Elgin Silversmiths mark and are marked ‘Sterling Cement Filled Reinforced with Rod’.
Condition
- minor marks and scratches with some tarnish and dings, one has a tear at bottom of candle cup.
