1950s "Burger Brau" Electrified Wall Clock
Item Details
A 1950s ‘Burger Beer’ electric wall clock. Shaped in a rectangular design, this clock is constructed of a wood frame with a metal tin face. This mid-century brewery collectible reads ‘Premium Quality Cincinnati Burger Brau The Mark Of Quality.’ Also, on the face in small black letters, it states ‘The Burger Brewing Co. Cincinnati, Ohio.’ The advertising clock presents a hand-painted man dressed in German attire holding a mug of ‘Burger’ beer in the foreground. When tested, the clock’s hands did move. Accuracy is unknown but did keep time for ten minutes. The original electric cord and metal brackets on the backside are retained.
