This piece depicts a vast landscape of lakes and evergreen forests leading up to a distant mountain range, peaks engulfed in clouds. It is painted with feathered brushwork and deep colors. The piece is signed to the lower left and has a short artist’s biography to the verso, and it is presented in an cream painted wood frame with a linen liner, carved ornamentation, and wire to the verso for hanging.
