A pair of Hollywood Regency style, shell back armchairs finished in glossy black and having carved shell-shaped backs with curved arms above round, upholstered seats. The seats are covered in metallic, dark grey crinkled taffeta with a silver nailhead trim. The chairs rise on curved, tapered legs. There are no visible maker’s marks.

minor marks throughout and one with scratch across the back
