Chinese Landscape Hanging Scroll
Item Details
A Chinese ink and gouache painting on silk hanging scroll of a mountainous landscape. This work depicts two figures drinking tea inside of a house at the base of a mountain. An inscription with a red seal is present to the upper left corner. It is presented mounted on a silk brocade as a hanging scroll with a string pull.
Condition
- wear to edges of scroll; staining to verso and upper margin.
