20th Century Hand Thrown Tintagel Earthenware
Item Details
A pair of hand thrown English Tintagel Pottery earthenware servers. Included are a pitcher and a bowl in the same hand-painted design, in hunter green, bright blue and some yellows over a milky white opaque glaze. Each are marked with impressed marks to the underside. Tintagel Pottery was established in 1948 near the site of Tintagel Castle, often believed to be the home of King Arthur’s court.

- bowl’s pattern has faded.
