A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of indigo, cranberry, mocha, teal, rose, ivory, azure, and saffron. The field features an indigo colored lozenge grounded in cranberry, and begins with a large diamond pendant medallion. The field also features a floral theme throughout with vines and branched forms. Framing the field is a main meandering leaf border, along with a pair of floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a short white warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
