Item Details
A hand-knotted Pakistani accent rug. This wool rug is rendered in ruby, coral, midnight blue, hot pink, mustard and azure. It features an allover design incorporating large florets, palmettes, lancet leaves and geometric motifs over a ruby field. Framing the field are a reciprocal sawtooth inner border in azure and midnight blue and a Hamadan meandering outer border. Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing at each end with short cotton warp fringe. It is unlabeled.
