Antique Moroccan "Jambiya" Dagger in Carved Horn

Item Details

An antique Moroccan Jambiya dagger in finely carved horn embellished with bands of copper and 900 silver. The head of the dagger is carved to depict a parrot like bird with incised detailing, pierced work and a copper eye. The knife’s sheath has alternating bands of copper and 900 silver with a decoratively carved tip. The copper and silver bands are unmarked but tested to be copper and 900 silver.
