Jodi Circa 1980s Oil Painting of an Orange Poppy
Item Details
A circa 1980s oil painting on canvas signed ‘Jodi’. The piece depicts an orange poppy with green leaves, surrounded by smaller white flowers and set against a dark gold tone background. The work is signed in red paint to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a wooden frame with gold tone moulded embellishments, fitted with sawtooth hanging hardware to the verso.
Condition
- spot of damage to canvas to the right of the flower; dust, discoloration and accretion throughout canvas and frame liner; scuffs, loose joints, edge wear and nicks to frame; frame appears to be held together with tape to the verso; no backing paper present.
