Vintage Fireman's Lieutenant Helmet

A vintage fireman’s Lieutenant helmet. The helmet features a glossy red finish emboss marked ‘Cairns & Bro’ to the back with brass plaques to the peak of the helmet marked with the FD emblem of a fire department. The piece retains its white leather helmet front marked ‘Lieut’ and ‘Erlanger’. The piece also retains its clear plastic face shield to the front marked ‘Plectron’. The helmet is lined to the interior and includes its chin strap.
