Item Details
A handwoven Anatolian wool kilim. This flatweave accent rug is colorfully rendered in a variegated palette of carnelian, buff, ochre, fern, tangerine, sky blue, cobalt, and lavender. The field is geometrically patterned with a central box infilled with a pair of diamond medallions and has a comb patterned edge. Borders of fetter motifs, stepped diamonds, and a sawtooth pattern finish the rug. Selvedges are double overcast and ends have an ivory warp fringe to them, and it goes unlabeled.
