Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Baluch wool carpet runner. This textural rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, indigo, wine, sand, and ivory. The field features both a woven and knotted pile and begins with a lattice of diamond medallions and hooked diamond motifs in an infinity pattern, while framed in a geometrically patterned meander border. Finishing this rug are double overcast selvedges and a long embroidered kilim skirt with a sand colored warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
