Antique Primitive Cherry Step-Back Cabinet

Item Details

A mid 19th century Mid-Western primitive cherry step-back cabinet. The two part cabinet comprises an upper cabinet with a planked, overhanging top and two paneled doors with two shelves to the interior. The lower cabinet has two paneled doors with one fixed shelf. It stands on a plinth base.

Condition

- to poor: chips and cracks to wood; broken latches; lock and escutcheon missing; lower interior shelf has holes and cracks; finish wear, nicks and scratches throughout.
