A vintage wooden replica of a hardtack box. Featured is a period accurate hardtack box comprised of white pine and marked ‘Army Bread from the Union Mechanical Baking Company’ on the hinged lid. Each corner bears cut nails to give this decorative box the impression of being sealed. Rope handles are attached to both sides.
