A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Karaja rug. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of rust, cobalt blue, ochre, and ivory. It features a hexagonal medallion with crenellated edges. The red field is patterned with cobalt blue and orange stripes and flowers. The ivory colored spandrels are patterned with geometric flowers. It has a modified floral pattern main border and short fringe to both ends. Unmarked.
