A pair of antique hand-colored lithograph after John J. Audubon (1785-1851), printed and colored by J.T. Bowen for the Royal Octavo edition of Birds of America in Philadelphia. The lot includes prints Mealy Redpoll Linnet and Black Throated Bunting, depicting several examples of the bird species, perched on flowering branches. They are presented behind mats and under glass in beveled gold tone wood frames with wire to the versos for hanging. Each print has the informational page on the depicted bird affixed to the verso.

- discoloration to paper and mats; warping to print papers; surface wear to frames; discoloration to versos.
