A watercolor painting on paper by American artist and illustrator Frank Hartman Wagner (1931-1996). This piece depicts a ferry boat sailing along a harbor shoreline, approaching a dock. It is painted in a cool palette of purples and peachy oranges with crisp lines, and it is signed in paint to the lower left. The work is presented in a gold tone wood frame with carved detail, a linen liner, and gold tone fillet. There is wire to the verso for hanging.
